Return & Exchange Policy

At Alfreda Carroll Concepts in connection with Pretti Marie Designs, every item is handmade with intention and care. Because each piece is crafted by hand, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.

Even Exchanges

We gladly offer even exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchanges must be for the same item type and value• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition• All original components must be included (charms, beads, packaging, etc.)

• Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back for inspection. Once the item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.

Non‑Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Services - Please address concerns directly with your provider for immediate resolve

• Custom or personalized designs

• Items showing wear, damage, or alteration

• Sale or promotional items
